The personal data we collect, such as name, address or telephone number, is only used for the specific reason for which you provided it. If we ask you for personal information for any other reason, such as for marketing actions, we will ask you for your express permission to do so or we will try to give you the opportunity to say no.
Our shipments are made through DPD or Nacex. Orders are delivered by hand between 9am and 6pm. In exceptional periods, such as that caused by COVID-19, delivery times (usually from 1 to 2 working days after shipment) can be extended.
The shipping costs are calculated at the end of each order by its weight, and the place of destination, the minimum amount being 4.50 euros.
Order confirmation and terms of sale
The acceptance of all orders and their terms is subject to our re-confirmation by one of our employees. All orders that derive from errors on the site, including price update errors, system errors or any typographical errors will be considered null and void.
If you receive any damaged item in your order, you should contact us immediately at email@example.com.
In case of cancellation at the customer's option, without any fault attributable to the seller, the following rules apply:
1 - The customer can cancel the order receiving the full amount if he cancels it up to one hour after paying the order;
2 - After this period, the customer will have to pay shipping costs, even if the value of the order has the value of the shipping costs included in the purchase price;
3 - If the client decides that he no longer wants the order when it is already in his possession, without any damage with it or a delay of more than 2 days in delivery, he is responsible for the payment of shipping and returns. In this case, you will be refunded the total amount you paid, minus the value of the shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

After receiving your order you can communicate your intention to return it within 14 days. Your intention may be communicated through the chat available in the Online Store or through the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your intention may also be communicated by sending the free resolution model but this is not mandatory.
If you make use of this possibility, BrandBiz, Lda. will send within 24 (twenty-four) hours, an acknowledgment of receipt of the resolution statement in a durable medium (for example, by e-mail).
In addition to the Client's right to return the order, within 14 days of receipt, the products will, in case of damage, be promptly replaced by BrandBiz, Lda. In case of any production/packing error, responsibility of BrandBiz, Lda., the product may be replaced/returned.
In case of customized products, BrandBiz, Lda. reserves the right to analyze each case and accept, or not, the return.
The reimbursement of payments made by the Client will be made through the same means of payment that was used in the initial transaction. Alternatively, the Client may expressly indicate that he wishes the refund to be made by another means, which will not matter to him any costs.
In particular, in order to speed up the refund process, the Client may indicate the bank account details (IBAN and its holder) for which he wishes the refund to be made.
Should the refund happen due to an error in processing, the responsibility will be assumed by BrandBiz, Lda., and the collection of the order will be made, supported by the company itself. The collection takes place at a place and date to be agreed - the time being determined by the carrier itself.
When any product sold by BrandBiz, Lda. is damaged and the client wants to claim for that reason, he should send a photograph as proof, as well as keep the referred damaged product(s) to proceed with the return. In case there is no return of the damaged products, the new exchange product will not be sent.
The customer has the right to claim any damages or exchanges in his order up to 60 days after placing the order. After this period, BrandBiz, Lda. will not exchange or resend the products.
If the return is due to a reason beyond BrandBiz, Ltd., the customer must support the return, through a carrier. For more information on how to make the return, please contact us at email@example.com.
In both cases, the order must be properly sealed so that it can be handled by the carrier responsible for the return.
BrandBiz, Lda. guarantees maximum care and security in the preparation of all orders and, for this reason, is not responsible for damages arising from the transport of products.
