Can I return my order?

After receiving your order you can communicate your intention to return it within 14 days. Your intention may be communicated through email Your intention may also be communicated by sending the model of free resolution, but this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this possibility, BrandBiz, Lda. will send you, within 24 (twenty-four) hours, an acknowledgement of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail).

In what situations can I return my order?
In addition to the Customer's right to return the order within 14 days of receiving it, the products will, in the event of damage, be promptly replaced by BrandBiz, Lda. If there is a production/packaging error, responsibility of BrandBiz, Lda, the product may be replaced/returned. In the case of personalised products, BrandBiz, Lda reserves the right to analyse each case and accept, or not, the return.


How is a refund made?
The reimbursement of the payments made by the Customer will be made by the same means of payment that was used in the initial transaction. Alternatively, the Customer may expressly indicate that he/she wishes the refund to be made by another means that will not imply any costs for him/her. In particular, and with a view to speeding up the refund process, the Customer may indicate the bank account details (IBAN and respective holder) to which the refund is to be made.


Do I have to pay to return my order?
If the return is due to a processing error, BrandBiz, Lda. will take responsibility and will collect the order, at the company's own expense. The collection will take place in a place and on a date to be arranged - the time being determined by the carrier itself.

If the return is due to a reason unrelated to BrandBiz, Lda, the customer will have to support the reshipment, through a carrier. For more information on how to return an item, please contact us at

In both cases, the package must be properly sealed so that it can be handled by the carrier responsible for the return.
When any product sold by BrandBiz, Lda. is damaged and the customer wishes to make a claim for this reason, they should send a photograph as proof, as well as keeping the damaged product(s) to proceed with the return. If the damaged products are not returned, the new exchange product will not be sent.

In the case of glasses, BrandBiz, Lda. does not exchange them in the case of shipment to addresses outside mainland Portugal.

In the case of a damaged product, BrandBiz, Lda. will not send it back more than once for the respective replacement.

BrandBiz, Lda. guarantees maximum care and safety in the preparation of all orders and, for this reason, is not responsible for any damage resulting from the transport of products.

Can I cancel my order?
In case of cancellation by customer choice, without any fault imputed to the seller, the following rules apply:


1 - The customer can cancel the order receiving the full amount if he cancels it up to one hour after paying the order;
2 - After that period, the customer will have to pay shipping costs, even if the value of the order has the value of the shipping costs included in the purchase price;
3 - If the customer decides he no longer wants the order when it is already in his possession, without any damage with it or a delay of more than 2 days in delivery, he is responsible for paying the return postage and shipping costs of the same. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount you paid, less the cost of postage and packaging.
