      Our Essence

      Our Essence

Late afternoons with riverside tours. Terraces filled with friends.

Mild temperatures and an orange horizon with touches of red warm, provided by the sun that is hiding in our young Lisbon.

In Portugal, we know that this scenario is only complete with a glass, ice and the sunset colour of an aperitif created with 24 botanicals that combine in a unique blend.

This is the well-guarded secret that brings us the light, the colour and the essence of southern Europe in one drink.

      A secret called Per Se.

        On the eyes

Bright warm orange, reminiscent of the iconic Southern European sunsets.

        On the nose

An aroma with hints of cardamom, orange, Jamaican pepper and Portuguese hops give this aperitif a balanced and refreshing touch that reminds us of the best days of summer.

        In the mouth

Complex in its ingredients, but harmonious in the glass. Light, sweet and citrus due to the orange peels and with a little bitterness on the palate caused by the hops. All 24 of its botanicals contribute to a rich array of flavors.
